CP Fittings & Concealed Tanks: 5 Years (leakage/chrome).
Ceramics: 5 Years glaze, 1 Year flushing mechanisms.
Lights: 1 Year manufacturing defects.
Switches: 5 Years manufacturing defects.
Mirrors: 1 Year LED & touch sensor.
Vanities: 6 Months hardware & paint.
Kitchen Appliances
Kitchen Hood: Motor & PCB – 1 Year.
Hob: PCB, Glass & Auto Ignition – 1 Year.
Gas Stove: Auto Ignition – 1 Year.
General Terms
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Transportation and service charges are borne by the
customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
Misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (where
excluded), cosmetic damage, and consumable parts are not covered.
Claims
Provide proof of purchase and product details. All claims are subject to inspection and approval by
Popular Hub.
