Return & Exchange Policy

At Popular Hub, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 6-Month Return & Exchange Policy for all finishing products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined
below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within six (6) months from the original invoice date.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Be unused, uninstalled, and free from signs of wear or damage.
• Be returned in its original condition.
• Include original packaging, accessories, manuals (if applicable), and the original purchase invoice.

3. Product Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection before approval. Products showing installation,
misuse, alteration, accidental damage, or improper handling may not qualify.

4. Exchange Policy

• Manufacturing defects: replacement with the same item, subject to stock availability.
• Product change: exchange for another product; any price difference must be paid by the
customer.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Delivery, freight, and handling
charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a verified manufacturing
defect.

6. Non-Eligible Items

• Used, installed, damaged, modified, or altered products.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
• Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, or clearance items unless a verified manufacturing
defect is identified.

7. Final Decision

Popular Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any request after inspection and verification.
The company’s decision shall be final.
